Published Sep 13, 2019Jeff Goldblum is both a highly respected actor and, well, a full-blown meme at this point. To top it all off, he's also a wildly talented musician. As such, it should come as no surprise that there's a lot of buzz for his new album.
Goldblum and his long-running group the Mildred Snitzer Orchestra have announced plans for a new album called I Shouldn't Be Telling You This. The release sees them perform alongside a wide cast of guests, including Sharon Van Etten, Anna Calvi, Fiona Apple and others.
"I'm crying with ecstasy over this new album," Goldblum said in a press release. "Creatively, I'm happy as a clam. This collection of cohorts (cream of the crop), with whom I get to cavort, is outta this cosmos. Ouch, my crackling cranium! I'm crowing!!!"
I Shouldn't Be Telling You This will arrive on November 1 via Decca Records. Until then, you can listen to Goldblum team up with Van Etten on a cover of the 1936 Irvin Berlin song "Let's Face the Music and Dance" below.
