At a very Toronto-centric party last month, July Talk headlined a show at Danforth Music Hall in celebration of Indie88's sixth birthday. Joining them for the first time on stage was both Tanya Tagaq and Weaves' frontwoman Jasmyn Burke.The artists performed a foot-stomping version of July Talk's "Beck + Call," and today, we have the expertly shot concert footage of the whole thing. Watch it down below.
July Talk and Tagaq originally recorded "Beck + Call" back in 2016 for their Touch LP.
July Talk are currently on tour in the States but have scheduled a couple of hometown shows at Roy Thompson Hall. See those dates below.
