Published May 28, 2020A week out from the release of their debut self-titled album, Muzz — formed by Interpol's Paul Banks, Bonny Light Horseman's Josh Kaufman and the Walkmen's Matt Barrick — have shared another new single from the record called "Knuckleduster."
The newly shared track arrives alongside a Derek Sexton Horani-directed music video, shot spontaneously inside the American Treasure Tour Museum when the band were on location for a totally separate shoot.
"While we were shooting the video for 'Red Western Sky,' we discovered this great space underneath the museum. Unplanned, we quickly set up and started filming again — capturing the video for 'Knuckleduster' on the same day," Banks wrote in a statement. "Hair was greener and times were simpler back then."
The single follows the release of "Red Western Sky," "Trinidad," "Broken Tambourine" and "Bad Feeling."
Muzz arrives on June 5 via Matador.
